How to Order

Buying a MIXVAL money counting machine online is simple.

Step 1 - Shop. Browse the store and locate the items you wish to purchase. Add them to your shopping cart by adjusting the quantity and then clicking on the “add to cart” button on the product pages. This will automatically add these items to your cart where they will be held until you are ready to checkout, so you may continue shopping.

Step 2 - Checkout. Once you have all of the items you wish to order in your cart, you’re ready to checkout. Click on the shopping cart at the top of the page and follow the prompts to complete the checkout process. These prompts will guide you to fill in your information for contact, shipping, and payment. We accept payment via all of the major credit cards and PayPal.

  1. Already have a MIXVAL account? Login using your email address and password. This will automatically populate the information that you have saved in your account into your cart for faster checkout.

  2. Don’t have an account? No problem! If you don’t have a MIXVAL account, you will have the option to create one after you checkout. We recommend you create an account as it will grant you access to order history, invoice printing, return authorizations, warranty claims, account-member only guarantees, faster checkout in the future, and other benefits.

 

Step 3 - Place Order. You will have a chance to review your entire cart, total, and delivery details before you actually place your order. Once you have confirmed that all of the information is correct, you may hit the “Place Order” button to finalize the purchase.

 

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on its location and transit status. All orders placed online are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping Costs

We work diligently to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We utilize UPS Ground and sometimes FedEx Ground/Standard shipping options. Cost for shipping will vary depending on the delivery location. To calculate the shipping cost for your order, just add all of the items you wish to purchase to your cart and enter your zip code.

Expedited Shipping Costs

All orders placed online are shipped via UPS Ground. If you require faster shipping, please call us at 1(888)417-1167 so we can get you some expedited shipping options and handle your order personally. The shipping costs for expedited orders will vary depending on the items orders, the number of boxes required, the box weights, and the specific destination address.

International Shipping Costs

If you require shipping outside of the United States, please email us at info@mixval.com with your delivery location and items you wish to purchase so we can handle your order personally.

 

Orders shipping outside of the USA do not qualify for standard rates. The shipping cost will vary depending on the number of boxes shipped, the weights, and the ship-to destination. International orders may also be subject to brokerage fees, export documentation, duties, and taxes; all of these fees outside of our control, as they are not associated with transit or the purchasing of items from MIXVAL.

Transit Times

We ship all of our items from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California. We do our best to ship orders the same day that they are placed, excluding holidays and weekends; orders placed on these days will be processed on the nearest following business day.

Most domestic orders are delivered within 1-5 business days. To check precise transit times, you may go to www.ups.com, click on “calculate time and cost”, and enter our zip code 91011 as the ship-from location, and your zip code as the ship-to location. This should provide you with a more accurate picture of approximately when you can expect your order to be delivered via UPS Ground transit. Please note that transit times are only estimates and may vary by carrier and be occasionally affected by weather and other extenuating conditions outside of our control. They do not include order processing time. All order processing and transit times are estimates, not guarantees.

 

Inventory

Our products are all standard stocking items that ship from Los Angeles, California. We indicate on our website using stocking symbols if there are ever any expected or known delays. If there is ever an unexpected backorder on an item you’ve ordered, we will contact you individually.

Green - Green means go! Items indicated with a small green symbol are currently in-stock. Most in-stock orders placed before 3:00 P.M. PST (Pacific Standard Time) are able to ship the same day that they are placed.

Orange - Items indicated with an orange symbol are currently sold out or on back order. We expect to receive more very soon, and you are welcome to continue placing your order. Once the item(s) arrive back to our warehouse, we will ship them to you.

Red – Items indicated with a red symbol are discontinued or currently sold out, with no expected arrival date indicated. Fortunately, this rarely (if ever) happens with MIXVAL products.

How to Create a MIXVAL Account

 

As you are moving through the online ordering process, you will experience the option to create an online account using the information from your first order. Creating a MIXVAL account has many benefits:

  1. Order tracking
  2. Order history lookup
  3. Downloadable invoices and receipts
  4. Faster checkout on future orders
  5. Options for extended product warranties
  6. Easy return authorizations, service requests, and warranty claims
  7. Access to account-only guarantees

Once you’ve created your account, you can access it any time by visiting www.mixval.com and clicking on “my account” at the top of your screen. You can update your saved information any time, place repeat orders, print receipts, request returns, and more -- all from your dashboard.

Be sure to save your login information in a secure place; after three incorrect attempted logins, your account will be automatically placed on hold for 30 minutes to protect your security. There is a “forgot password” option when you login that you are welcome to use, should you misplace or forget your details. This option will send an email where you can follow the instructions to create a new password.

After You’ve Placed Your Order

 

What Happens Next?

After you have placed your order online, our warehouse staff will start packing your order for shipment. We do our absolute best to ship all orders placed by 3:00 P.M. PST the same day that they are placed, but sometimes orders will ship the next day. All online orders are shipped via UPS Ground by default. If you have an expedited transit request, please do not place your order online; instead, call us at 1(888)417-1167 so we can get you some expedited shipping options to review, and we can handle your order personally to ensure it ships out on-time.

 

What if part of my order is out of stock?

If there happen to be any items that are unexpectedly out of stock, we will hold the entire order until those items arrive, shipping the order as “complete” once every item is available. If these back ordered items are taking longer than usual to arrive, we will contact you with several options for how we can proceed; depending on the individual situation,

  1. you can cancel the item(s) that are out of stock, and we will ship the remaining item(s) right away
  2. we can ship the in-stock item(s) now, and ship the balance once they arrive (additional shipping fees may apply)
  3. we can cancel your order and refund your payment
