Software Updates

Thank you for visiting our software update page. Please check back here when a new bill is released into circulation to download software updates for your MIXVAL machine. Below are the instructions to upload the software onto your machine.

1. Download software from this page.
2. Transfer software from PC to USB flash disk.
3. With your machine turned off, plug in the USB flash disk into the USB drive in the back of your machine.
4. Turn your machine on.
5. The update will begin automatically and usually lasts anywhere from 5-10 minutes.
6. Once update has completed, please remove the USB disk, restart your machine and you may begin counting newly circulated bills.
