Order Cancellation

Because we always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, cancelling your order once you’ve placed it will only be possible depending on where the order is in the packing/shipping process.

If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call us at 1(888)417-1167 and have your order confirmation number handy.

Orders that have already shipped do not qualify for cancellation. You will need to wait for delivery of the order and then request a return authorization online. All return policies will apply.

General Return Information

We offer a 30 day return policy for all MIXVAL items, excluding software. To submit a return request, please follow these instructions:

  1. Login to your MIXVAL account at www.mixval.com and click on “Orders”
  2. Scroll down and click on “Request Return”
  3. Complete the form with all required information
  4. We will review the request and contact you as soon as possible via email. Included in this email will be a unique RMA number. Please do not ship the product back until you receive your RMA number and further instructions; any items shipped back without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs will vary depending on the individual circumstances.

  • If you are returning your item under the “30 Day Money-Back Guarantee” policy, you are responsible for properly packaging the return for transit, and covering the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable (scroll down for full details on this policy).

  • If you are returning your order under the “Defective On-Arrival” policy, we will pick up the order and ship you a new one at no additional cost (scroll down for more info on this policy).
  • Restocking Fee of 30% may apply for orders that are rejected due to invalid reasons(which may include, arrived late, didn’t like. Bought another unit. Etc.

Incorrect or Lost Orders

At MIXVAL we pride ourselves on the accuracy of our packaging and shipping process; all orders are checked before leaving our warehouse.

However rarely, there may be an occasion where incorrect item(s) were shipped to you, or item(s) are missing from your package. If you notice any errors with your order, please email us at info@mixval.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order confirmation number
  • Names or model numbers of the item(s) missing/incorrect
  • Photo of the shipment (if possible)

Money-Back Guarantee for MIXVAL Customers

We are so confident that you will love your new MIXVAL products, that we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all unused items, excluding software. Within this time frame you may request a return for your item(s) purchased for a full refund, without indicating a specific reason why.

To qualify for the money-back guarantee, you must:

  • Have created a MIXVAL account at the time of purchase, or have already had one active.
  • The item must be brand-new and unused.
  • The item must show no signs of use or damage.
  • The item must be returned along with any originally included accessories, cables, manuals, packaging, etc.

If you qualify for this guarantee, simply email info@mixval.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a return. We will process a refund to the original payment method used within 30 days of receipt of the return to our warehouse, after evaluation and return qualification are completed. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order confirmation number
  • Business name the order was placed under (if applicable) or your first and last name
  • Names or model numbers of the item(s) returning
  • Confirmation that the machine is unused and being returned in new condition with all original packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, etc

Please note that the refund is valid for the product total only; shipping costs are not included. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer and is non-refundable. Returns should be shipped safely and with proper packaging to ensure the item is not damaged in transit; improperly packaged returns that result in damage will void this policy and the customer will be responsible.

When items are returned to us, they are evaluated by a service member. If the product is deemed to have been used or damaged, or is incomplete (missing cables, manuals, packaging, etc.), then we reserve the right to decline or reduce the refund value at our discretion. Any use of the product renders it “used” and voids the qualification for this money-back guarantee.

Defective On-Arrival

We carefully package all items prior to shipping to provide our customers with a sense of confidence and assurance. But if you encounter a defective item in your order, please call us at 1(888)417-1167 within 7 days of delivery and we will send out a new item free of charge. You will be asked to submit a return request from your MIXVAL account to generate an official RMA number. We will pick up the defective item(s), and ship out new items at no additional cost to you.

 

Please note that defective goods fall under the same qualifications as standard returns; they must be packaged with all of their original contents (user manuals, cables, etc.) and in their original packaging. Please be sure to keep all of these items for at least 7 days after you receive your item to ensure you qualify if the machine becomes defective within that 7 day period. Any items sent without their original packaging or missing items cannot be returned under this policy and, instead, will qualify for repair-under-warranty. If the item becomes defective after the 7 day period, the standard warranty terms will apply.

Transit Times Not Meeting Expectations

At MIXVAL we want you to shop with confidence knowing that you will receive your orders, as expected and on-time; but we know that sometimes this is simply not possible. While we do our best to ship all orders out the same business day that they were placed, sometimes we cannot keep up with demand and orders are shipped the following day.

Transit times themselves are completely outside of our control, and will vary depending on the carrier, weather, and potential other extenuating circumstances. We ship all of our orders via UPS or FedEx and they do not guarantee the transit times for standard/ground shipping methods. Because we ship our orders from Southern California, the average transit time across the country can vary anywhere from 1 business day to 5 business days, depending on your location. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee any transit times, and instead offer an approximation.
